How do I connect a sensor?

Go to your plant's detail page and tap "Connect Device." Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Buddi sensor via Bluetooth.

Can I use Buddi without a sensor?

Absolutely! Buddi works great for manual plant care with reminders, health checks, and the community features. Sensors are optional.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. You can also email us to request deletion.
